Description:

Kard is building commerce media infrastructure connecting financial institutions, platforms, and merchants through data and rewards.
The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will design, build, and operate production systems for machine learning capabilities, focusing on personalization, optimization, and model management.

Requirements:

8+ years of software or machine learning engineering experience.
Proven experience in building, deploying, and operating machine learning systems in production.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience with distributed systems and large-scale data processing.
Fluency in the ML lifecycle, including data pipelines, model serving, and monitoring.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a commitment to mentorship and team development.
U.S. core business hours availability and willingness to travel for meetings.
