Sword Health is transforming healthcare from human-first to AI-first through its AI Care platform, providing accessible healthcare while reducing costs for various organizations.
The Applied AI Team develops AI and ML solutions for personalized clinical care, including end-to-end AI treatment management systems and the Phoenix AI Care Specialist.
Responsibilities include designing, building, evaluating, and improving Sword’s products through hands-on AI/ML development.
The role involves developing and maintaining data processing pipelines, collaborating with Product, Data & Engineering Teams, sharing knowledge on ML systems, and promoting best practices.
The candidate will identify and lead initiatives to enhance AI/ML capabilities in Sword’s products.

Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Machine Learning is required.
Hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining production machine learning systems is essential.
Solid experience in SQL and Python, along with experience in developing production software, is necessary.
A working knowledge of the Python data stack (numpy, pandas, matplotlib, scikit-learn, etc.) is required.
Experience in leading complex projects from ideation to completion and providing technical oversight is needed.
The ability to learn quickly, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and prioritize issues according to team goals is crucial.
