The company is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to help develop current and future ML models for the Pod.
The role involves designing and implementing solutions with high autonomy to enhance sleep for users.
Responsibilities include introducing cutting-edge ML technologies, owning the design and operation of ML infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing ML systems for performance, enhancing tooling and platforms, and ensuring effective remote communication.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on ML infrastructure, distributed systems, or large-scale data processing in Python.
Hands-on experience with ML workflow orchestration and CI/CD pipelines for model deployment is required.
Demonstrated success in shipping ML models to production at scale, including telemetry and monitoring, is essential.
Strong experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms for serving and monitoring ML systems is necessary.
An adaptive problem-solving approach in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is expected.
