Remote Senior Network Engineer – Tieto Tech Consulting (m/f/d)

Description:

• Design, configure, implement, and operate complex network and security solutions.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, firewall, and NGFW environments.
• Perform patch management and monitor network performance.
• Analyze network issues and secure network systems by enforcing policies.
• Provide remote technical support and propose improvements to services.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in network administration.
• 5+ years maintaining Cisco, Fortinet, or Check Point NGFW environments.
• Strong knowledge of L2/L3 networking protocols (STP, LACP, OSPF, BGP).
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP stack protocols (DNS, DHCP, SMTP).
• Hands-on experience with wireless services and VPN solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer-focused mindset.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
