Description:
- Seeking a serious Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain cloud platforms on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Focus on combining software engineering with infrastructure, automation, cloud architecture, and SRE principles.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with cloud systems on GCP, capable of creating scalable architectures.
- Proficient in Python and FastAPI for backend development, not just infrastructure setup.
- Familiarity with Terraform and GitHub Actions for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD automation.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL administration, performance tuning, and integrations.
- Experience with Kubernetes, OpenMetadata, GCP Networking, and monitoring tools is a plus.
- Developer Experience (DX) mindset to understand and support other development teams.
