• Contribute to performance optimization efforts through strategic data collection and automated analysis.
• Collaborate across Platform Engineering to improve software quality and support large-scale development and testing initiatives.
• Drive internal developer productivity by building platforms that enable reliable testing, debugging, and deployment workflows.

Requirements:

• You must have 10+ years of programming experience, with at least 4 years working in large, collaborative codebases.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience with Go and/or Rust is required.
• You should have a strong foundation in computer science, systems engineering, and software reliability.
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI, CircleCI) is necessary.
• Experience writing end-to-end tests for complex distributed systems is required.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code and observability solutions at scale is essential.
• A deep understanding of Unix-based system programming and/or large-scale orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes is needed.
• You should have a passion for building tools that multiply the impact of engineering teams.
• A self-starter mindset with a balance of technical initiative and team collaboration is important.
• Curiosity or interest in Web3 and blockchain technologies is preferred.
