Remote Senior Power BI Developer

Description:

• Responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Power BI reports and dashboards for healthcare operations, finance, and analytics.
• Role involves 70% report development and 30% Power BI administration and support.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in developing and supporting Power BI solutions.
• Advanced experience with Power BI Desktop and Service; experience with Power BI Embedded, Premium, or Microsoft Fabric preferred.
• Strong SQL and T-SQL skills, including complex queries and performance tuning.
• Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing principles.
• Experience with Azure-based data platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of Power BI administration, security, and deployment pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
• Self-directed problem solver with knowledge of HIPAA-compliant environments.
• Experience with healthcare data preferred.
• Microsoft Power BI, Azure, or Power Platform certifications preferred.
