Description:

  • Senior Principal, AI Software Engineer focused on building AI-powered experiences.
  • Role involves designing, building, and scaling AI solutions on Genesys Cloud, collaborating with various teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, or cloud-native development; 5+ years in AI solutions.
  • Strong development experience with scalable enterprise applications and technical leadership skills.
  • Experience with Agentic AI platforms, conversational AI, and industry-specific processes is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and a valid passport required.
