Description:

- As a Principal JavaScript Engineer, you will set technical direction, architect AI-first solutions, and deliver reliable software while integrating AI across products and workflows.
Requirements:
- 9+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a focus on complex systems delivery.
- Fluent in English (C1 level) with a proven track record in SaaS, B2B, or FinTech environments.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered features and tools, strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Solid experience with Node.js, React or Vue, relational and NoSQL databases, and scalable architecture design.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms (preferably AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring engineers.
