- The DataFeed Team is responsible for ingesting, normalizing, and validating external sports data for the platform.
- Seeking a Senior Python Engineer to build and evolve core systems for the sports data platform, ensuring data correctness and resilience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of production experience with Python.
- Experience with backend services, Django, and asynchronous programming (asyncio).
- Familiarity with Apache Kafka and strong SQL skills, especially with PostgreSQL.
- Ability to integrate with external APIs and handle data correctness and edge cases.
- Experience with monitoring and debugging production systems.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
