Description:
- Fliff is seeking a Senior Python Engineer for the DataFeed Team to build and evolve core systems for sports data ingestion and processing.
- The role involves working closely with sports data, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and timely availability of data for real-time experiences.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of production experience with Python.
- Experience with backend services, Django, Apache Kafka, and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
- Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, async processing, and data pipelines.
- Ability to handle data correctness, edge cases, and production monitoring.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
