Kiavi is seeking a skilled MLOps Engineer to join their data team.
The role involves designing and implementing Machine Learning platform features for partner Data Scientists.
Responsibilities include working with various models such as online, offline, and large language models using Databricks, MLFlow, Python, and related technologies.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data science and MLOps or DevOps, with experience in both non-production and production environments.
Job duties include developing and maintaining machine learning models, CICD solutions, and feature stores.
The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and participate in code reviews.
The role requires implementing automated solutions to monitor and optimize data processing systems and documenting data engineering solutions for stakeholders.
The position is remote-friendly, allowing work from approved hiring regions.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have experience building and testing ML models.
Experience in developing and maintaining CICD Pipelines using tools like CircleCI, Jenkins, or BuildKite is necessary.
Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Spark and Hive is required.
Advanced expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases is essential.
Familiarity with Airflow or similar workflow orchestrators is needed.
Candidates should have knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP concepts.
A proven ability to learn and apply new technologies is required.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
