Remote Senior QA Engineer (Manual & Automation)

Description:

• Salla is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to ensure product quality across the platform.
• Responsible for defining QA approaches, testing strategies, and making go/no-go release decisions based on risk and test results.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of QA experience with ownership of releases and quality decisions.
• Strong experience in manual and automated testing, particularly with Playwright (or similar frameworks).
• Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript for writing automation and reading application code.
• Strong command of Git and GitHub, including branching and code reviews.
• Deep understanding of testing types, techniques, and test design.
• Experience testing web, mobile, and APIs, with comfort in using browser DevTools.
• Practical experience using AI tools in testing processes.
• Preventive mindset with a focus on fixing root causes of issues.
