Description:
- Koton is a boutique proprietary trading firm specializing in high-frequency market making in crypto markets.
- Seeking a senior researcher to develop and manage trading strategies from hypothesis to live PnL.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in successful trading strategies in a live HFT environment.
- Ability to manage the full cycle of strategy development: idea, analysis, validation, and iteration.
- Strong communication skills to explain reasoning to stakeholders.
- Comfortable working remotely or willing to relocate.
- Bonus: Direct HFT experience in crypto, cross-exchange arbitrage, and expertise in Python, SQL, or .NET.
