Description:
- Join Decile Group as a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer to help transform venture capital.
- Work on the Decile Hub platform and VC Lab, focusing on launching next-generation investment firms.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional Ruby on Rails experience in production environments.
- Deep understanding of Rails conventions, ActiveRecord, background processing, and RESTful API design.
- Must live within a few time zones of Pacific time and complete a Rails coding challenge.
- Actively use AI coding tools in your daily workflow.
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to work independently.
