We are seeking a Senior Software Developer (Ruby on Rails) to join our growing team.

As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in shaping technical direction, mentoring junior team members, and delivering scalable solutions that meet the diverse needs of stakeholders.
You will work closely with product managers, designers, architects, and other developers to translate business requirements into secure, reliable, and high-performing applications.
Key responsibilities include full-stack development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, technical leadership, architecture and design participation, cloud and infrastructure management, Agile practices contribution, quality assurance, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience is required.
Candidates must have 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a strong focus on Ruby on Rails.
A proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications in production environments is necessary.
Expertise in Ruby on Rails, with a deep understanding of Rails architecture, conventions, and performance optimization is essential.
Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular is required.
Strong skills in relational database design, optimization, and query performance (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent) are needed.
Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP is necessary.
Candidates should be skilled in designing, building, and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
A strong background in automated testing frameworks (RSpec, Minitest, or similar) and test-driven development (TDD) is required.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring tools is necessary.
Understanding of secure coding practices, application-level security, and data protection standards is essential.
Candidates must be able to mentor junior developers and provide constructive code reviews.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a systematic, detail-oriented approach are required.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in Agile teams, are necessary.
The ability to balance multiple priorities, adapt to shifting requirements, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines is essential.
