Remote Senior Salesforce Engineer/Architect

Description:

• Responsible for the technical design of customer projects, focusing on defining complex multi-cloud enterprise architectures and integrations
• Advising clients, supporting project acquisition in pitches, and assisting cross-functional teams like creation, frontend, backend, etc.
• Leading technical project teams, setting standards, and influencing best practices
• Presenting ideas to clients, including Enterprise Architects and CIOs, in English
• Setting standards and shaping the Salesforce Practice, driving initiatives with the Practice Manager
• Supporting pitches when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in consulting and delivering Salesforce projects
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Apex and Design Patterns
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle, including sfdx and Change Sets, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience and certification with an Enterprise Integration Platform like Mulesoft is advantageous
• Knowledge of Release Management Tools, DevOps processes, and pre-sales experience is desirable
• Excellent communication, moderation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Resilience, performance, humor, flexibility, and teamwork
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
