Remote Senior Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Solution Architect (SFMC)

Description:

• Seeking a Senior Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Solution Architect with expertise in Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Responsible for leading the design and implementation of enterprise-scale loyalty solutions and customer engagement experiences.

Requirements:

• 8–15+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Proven experience in at least one end-to-end Salesforce Loyalty Cloud implementation.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.).
• Experience integrating Loyalty Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and security best practices.
• Proficient in SQL, AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
