Remote Senior SDET (JS/TypeScript/Playwright)

Description:

• Seeking a Senior SDET (JS/TypeScript/Playwright) for a project-based contract (3–6 months) with potential for extension.
• Role involves designing and building a Playwright-based automation framework, integrating it into CI/CD, and establishing automation best practices.

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• 5+ years in QA Automation, SDET, or Software Engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright (MUST).
• Strong experience with TypeScript/JavaScript (MUST).
• Experience in designing and building test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Understanding of software testing principles and automation architecture.
• Experience with UI and API test automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Allure or similar reporting tools.
• Practical experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience mentoring engineers is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written English (B2–C1) – MUST.
