Remote Senior Security Engineer (Firewall) - Mid-Atlantic region

Description:

• Senior Security Engineer specializing in Firewall Configuration for Palo Alto and Checkpoint (Cloud) firewalls.
• Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing firewall policies, optimizing configurations, and ensuring security best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Network Security experience, preferably in enterprise networks.
• Strong expertise in Palo Alto and Checkpoint firewall configuration and engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Prisma Access and Palo Alto Networks Panorama.
• Relevant certifications such as Palo Alto Networks Certified Cybersecurity Associate (PCCSA) or higher.
• Experience managing large firewall deployments (50+ firewalls) and using Splunk for log analysis.
