The company seeks a Senior Security Engineer to lead security initiatives and enhance its security posture.
This role involves safeguarding infrastructure, ensuring compliance, and maintaining customer trust.
The Senior Security Engineer will collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Compliance teams to establish security programs, including policy definition, incident response, tool implementation, and secure development practices.
The position is hybrid/remote with flexible working hours and an office located in Teodors /Jaunā Teika.
The work environment is international and agile, utilizing tools such as Slack, Zoom, Github, and AWS.

Requirements:

Candidates must have proven experience in leading cybersecurity programs at a tech-focused organization.
A strong understanding of security operations, tooling, and secure development life cycles is required.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and audit practices, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR, is essential.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and platforms such as Vanta, CrowdStrike, Splunk, Rapid 7, and Snyk is necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable participating in customer security reviews and clearly communicating complex concepts.
Effective collaboration skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory.
A passion for teamwork and helping others is important.
