The role requires a Senior Shopify Front-End Developer with over 8 years of professional web development experience, including at least 5 years on the Shopify platform.
Responsibilities include designing and maintaining online presence components, engineering complex Shopify features, enhancing performance and SEO, setting up Shopify Markets, implementing automated testing, defining performance budgets, delivering accessible user experiences, collaborating with design and content teams, and tracking production metrics.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of professional web development experience, with at least 5 years focused on the Shopify platform.
Expert-level proficiency in Liquid templating language, Online Store 2.0 architecture, sections and blocks, metafields, theme app extensions, and Shopify CLI is required.
A deep understanding of the Shopify Storefront API, Admin API (preferably GraphQL), App Bridge, webhooks, and app integrations is necessary.
Proven experience in launching and optimizing large-scale, high-traffic e-commerce platforms with complex business flows is essential.
Experience with headless Shopify implementations using Hydrogen/Remix or Next.js is required, including edge rendering and advanced caching strategies.
Proficiency in React, Node.js, serverless technologies (Cloudflare/AWS), and GraphQL tooling is needed.
A strong background in HTML, CSS/SCSS, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and optimizing DOM performance is necessary.
Expertise in performance optimization techniques and tools, especially Core Web Vitals and CDN caching, is required.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD processes is essential.
