Seeking a hands-on Technical Lead and Software Architect to drive technical initiatives at Crenno Studio.
Role involves coding, mentoring, and bridging the gap between product vision and engineering execution.

Requirements:

6-10 years of software engineering experience, with recent roles as a Senior/Lead Developer or Architect.
Proficient in modern programming languages (Node.js, Go, Python, Java) and experienced in microservices architecture.
Strong background in database design (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Must be an active coder with a proactive, analytical mindset and fluent in English.
