Description:
- Senior-level role focused on building AI-powered features in Quantum Workplace's product.
- Own complex AI features from design to deployment, contributing to architectural decisions and mentoring engineers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI product features in production.
- Proficiency in Python and at least one statically-typed language (C#, Java, etc.).
- Strong command of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
- Experience with SQL databases and modern web technologies.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical decisions clearly.
