The company utilizes proprietary credit card tokenization technology to enhance purchase data accuracy, which is central to their CRM suite and ordering experiences.
The role involves architecting and developing robust software solutions, ensuring software stability and resilience, and participating in an on-call rotation.
Responsibilities include diagnosing and addressing bugs, collaborating on pull requests, managing technical debt, and staying updated on emerging technologies.
The position is remote and open to candidates in Brazil and Argentina.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of experience as a developer with modern web frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, Django, or similar.
Experience with modern front-end technologies like React, Angular, or Typescript is required.
Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration in a remote environment and for discussing complex topics with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bonus points for direct experience with Ruby on Rails, React, and React Native, as well as a B.Sc or higher in Computer Science.
Experience with deploying infrastructure as code using SDKs like AWS CDK or Terraform, and familiarity with Snowflake, Fivetran, and DBT is preferred.
Experience working at an early-stage startup is also a plus.

Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 USD for L4 level and $90,000 to $110,000 USD for L5 level, with final compensation determined through the interview process.
