Description:

  • Seeking an experienced AI-first Senior Software Engineer for the Adaptive team, focusing on real-time traffic signal optimization.
  • Role involves hands-on product engineering, ownership of ambiguous problems, and establishing AI-enabled software practices.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with complex, scalable production systems.
  • Proven track record in product delivery, autonomous decision-making, and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Experience with AI tools and modern workflows, strong foundation in software engineering fundamentals, and adaptability to various tech stacks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is an asset.
