Description:

  • Responsible for designing, building, and scaling AI-driven automations to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-to-serve across Actimize Professional Services.
  • Collaborate with PS leadership and AI governance teams to execute automation initiatives aligned with ROI and cost optimization.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in automation, systems integration, or software engineering roles.
  • Hands-on experience designing AI-enabled solutions and integrating enterprise systems using APIs.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, or delivery organizations preferred.
