Description:
- Codat is an advisory intelligence solution for modern commercial banking, empowering teams with specialized data and insights.
- The role involves building the Advisory Intelligence Platform, integrating client intelligence into existing banking assistants like Microsoft Copilot.
Requirements:
- Experience building production systems from scratch, focusing on interfaces and failure modes.
- Proficiency in C#, Python, or another backend language, with a focus on clean, testable code.
- Familiarity with SQL, Spark, Databricks/Delta Lake, and CI/CD practices.
- Understanding of data handling and experience with LLMs, including challenges in data strategy.
- Interest in the business implications of data and ability to create guardrails for data integrity.
