Description:

  • Join Vanta's AI Platform team to build shared foundations for trustworthy AI products.
  • Collaborate with AI product engineers to enhance customer outcomes and manage AI product reliability.

Requirements:

  • Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in backend services, APIs, or developer platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM-powered products or agentic workflows, including durable execution and workflow orchestration.
  • Familiarity with agent harnesses, context management, and practical evaluation experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a rapidly changing technical environment.
