Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or a scientific discipline, along with 6 years of software development experience, or 8 years of professional software building experience is required.
Professional experience in AI, natural language processing (NLP), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, vector stores, and GPT models is necessary.
A minimum of four years of experience with backend systems, including REST APIs, backend services, and modern relational database systems is required.
Familiarity with cloud environments and services such as AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Grafana is essential.
Benefits:
The position offers a competitive base pay range of $164,500 - $215,300 USD, with actual pay depending on individual skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
