Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in solving complex distributed computing problems.
  • A generalist background is required, with the ability to design and build systems from the ground up, including relational or key-value data stores, distributed event-driven architectures, cloud-based deployment (preferably AWS), external-facing REST/HTTP APIs, and monitoring dashboards (preferably Grafana).
  • Experience leading small to medium-sized projects as a tech lead with 2-4 other engineers is necessary.
  • Candidates should be able to research and apply technology appropriately to solve big problems, focusing on shipping high-quality code that provides maximum user and business value.
  • Experience in maintaining business-critical, high-volume, customer-facing applications, preferably SaaS or API platforms, is required.
  • Candidates should be up to date on emerging trends in modern backend technology solutions.
  • A passion for DeFi and its potential to improve lives is essential.

  • The base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $230,000, plus equity, ZRX tokens, and benefits, with individual pay determined by skills, experience, location, and preferences.
