Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, primarily in backend development.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, relational databases (PostgreSQL), and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Excellent English communication skills (CEFR C1 or above).
- Proactive mindset with ownership-driven approach and ability to drive conversations.
- Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
