Description:

  • Join PENN Entertainment as a Senior Software Engineer in the Bet Engine team, focusing on delivering a high-performance software platform for sportsbook and casino operations.
  • Collaborate in a friendly team environment to design, scale, and maintain critical systems that ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience with a strong foundation in computer science.
  • Proficient in modern web frameworks, API development, and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Experience with GraphQL, Kubernetes, and production systems at scale, including performance tuning and monitoring.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in mentoring and collaborating across teams.
