Requirements:

Strong experience in Python and PostgreSQL.
Solid system design skills with the ability to explain architectural decisions.
Experience in data analysis, SQL, and building metrics.
Familiarity with AI coding tools in daily workflow.
Strong product and business thinking with an understanding of trade-offs.
End-to-end ownership experience in project lifecycle.
