Remote Senior Software Engineer, Bluetooth

Description:

• Seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer, Bluetooth to advance the Bluetooth transport layer for Ditto's distributed data platform.
• Responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing software for reliable, low-latency peer-to-peer communication between devices, even offline.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3-4 years focused on Bluetooth development.
• Deep expertise in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) protocols and strong proficiency in C++/C, with experience in Kotlin (Android) and/or Swift/Objective-C (iOS).
• Proven track record of shipping production Bluetooth features and debugging complex connectivity issues.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, state machines, and asynchronous programming.
