Description:
- Lead end-to-end projects across Cambium's platform, focusing on maintainable code and architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring solutions from concept to production, emphasizing AI coding agents in development.
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of software development experience, preferably in startup environments.
- Strong backend engineering skills with experience in secure, production-ready systems and familiarity with Cambium's tech stack (Python, Postgres, TypeScript, React, AWS).
- Experience with AI coding agents and frontend development using React and TypeScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor teammates.
