Background in fintech, accounting, payroll, payments, banking, or compliance-heavy products is valuable.
Familiarity with Python, Go, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, or GCP is helpful but not required.
End-to-end project ownership and expertise in complex systems are valuable.
