Remote Senior Software Engineer

Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer will build and enhance core product experiences for Collective’s member platform, collaborating with Product, Design, and Operations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in production software development in a product-focused environment.
• Strong fullstack engineering skills (e.g., Python, Django, React).
• Proven track record of owning features or systems end-to-end with measurable user impact.
• Experience with AI developer tools to enhance development speed and efficiency.
• Ability to drive loosely defined problems to shipped solutions independently.
• Strong product instinct for making scope and UX tradeoffs.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical partners.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI and automation into workflows and product features.
