Description:

  • Join Redis as a Senior Engineer on the Context Engine team, building core infrastructure for AI agents using Redis.
  • Work in a small, autonomous global team, rapidly shipping and iterating on products without waiting for specs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in backend or infrastructure engineering with a proven track record of shipping production systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Go and hands-on experience with AI agents or agentic systems.
  • Fluency with agentic coding tools and AI-assisted development workflows.
  • Demonstrated high ownership and autonomy in previous roles.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in a distributed team.
