Requirements:
Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in solving complex distributed computing problems.
A generalist background is required, with the ability to design and build systems from scratch, including relational or key-value data stores, distributed event-driven architectures, cloud-based deployment (preferably AWS), and external REST/HTTP APIs.
Experience leading small to medium-sized projects as a tech lead with 2-4 engineers is necessary.
Candidates should be able to tackle large problems, research current technologies, and make informed trade-offs.
A focus on shipping high-quality code that maximizes user and business value is essential.
Experience in maintaining business-critical, high-volume, customer-facing systems is required, with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and reliability.
Candidates should be up to date on emerging threats and trends in application security.

The base salary range for this position is USD $95,000 - $230,000, plus equity, ZRX tokens, and benefits, with individual pay determined by skills, experience, location, and preferences.
