Requirements:

  • A generalist background is required, with the ability to design and build systems from scratch, including relational or key-value data stores, distributed event-driven architectures, cloud-based deployment (preferably AWS), and external REST/HTTP APIs.
  • Experience leading small to medium-sized projects as a tech lead with 2-4 engineers is necessary.
  • Candidates should be able to tackle large problems, research current technologies, and make informed trade-offs.
  • A focus on shipping high-quality code that maximizes user and business value is essential.
  • Experience in maintaining business-critical, high-volume, customer-facing systems is required, with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Candidates should be up to date on emerging threats and trends in application security.
  • A passion for DeFi and its potential to improve lives is important.

Benefits:

  • The base salary range for this position is USD $95,000 - $230,000, plus equity, ZRX tokens, and benefits, with individual pay determined by skills, experience, location, and preferences.
