Requirements:

Senior engineering experience with ownership of features from scoping to production.
Professional Elixir experience to evaluate and correct agent-produced code.
Familiarity with AI development tooling and customer engagement.
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Pragmatic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Bonus: Full-stack experience, product-led engineering background, or HR/workforce management knowledge.

Salary range: £85-105k.
Remote-first work with quarterly in-person sessions in London.
