Description:
- Senior Software Engineer responsible for creating and maintaining Business Wire’s multi-lingual web sites, client portals, APIs, and web services.
- Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, UI designers, and project managers to develop applications for web processing and metrics reporting systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a computer-related field.
- 7+ years of full-stack web development experience.
- 5+ years of RESTful API development experience.
- 2+ years of modern frontend development using React.js.
- 2+ years of experience with Node.js ecosystem and frameworks like Express.js or Nest.js.
- 2+ years of experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB).
- Experience with data modeling and CI/CD automation tools.
- Proficient in GIT and understanding of branching strategies.
- Java development experience and knowledge of web standards are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
