Description:

  • Seeking a Fullstack (Product) Engineer to design, build, and ship core product experiences.
  • Work with a team to enhance communication tools for over 8,000 companies using Customer.io.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in building and scaling backend services and product-facing features.
  • Proficient in TypeScript, React (or similar), and a statically typed backend language like Go.
  • Strong focus on frontend polish, backend performance, and customer experience.
  • Experience with APIs, relational databases, and writing testable, performant code.
  • A bias for action and ownership of technical decisions.
