Description:
- Join Freenome as a Senior Software Engineer II to develop scalable and reliable backend services for cancer detection.
- Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of software development experience, including project leadership and mentoring.
- Proficiency in Python and backend development in a production environment.
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable backend systems focusing on reliability and performance.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
