Requirements:

Experience with Ruby on Rails is preferred, or candidates should be willing to learn it if they have experience with other backend frameworks.
The ability to architect scalable and maintainable systems is essential, along with a solid understanding of frontend testing practices.
Clear communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with Product and Design teams.
Candidates should have experience leading complex technical projects and working with legacy codebases.
