Requirements:

Candidates must have a demonstrated level of senior software engineering experience on a full-stack development team.
A track record of learning and writing quality code in multiple languages is required, with experience in Javascript/TypeScript being essential.
Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle in an Agile/Scrum framework is necessary.
A strong systems focus on building foundational software for large-scale applications is expected.
Candidates should be able to quickly move between different features and projects and have a structured understanding of common full-stack frameworks and technologies.
An inquisitive mindset and the ability to self-serve and take initiative are important.
Experience providing technical mentorship and using developer AI tools like Copilot or Cursor is preferred.
It would be beneficial to have exposure to a tech leadership role, Kafka knowledge, and basic AWS knowledge.
