Description:

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Team Lead or Manager role with skills in team management, mentoring, and project delivery.
- Experience in building backend services and REST APIs, with .NET Core / .NET 6+ or newer.
- Strong experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience in designing or developing microservices or distributed systems in production.
- Understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Nice to have: Experience with message queues, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
