Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in systems software, with 3+ years in networking or transport protocols.
- Proficiency in Rust or C++, with knowledge of networking concepts like TCP, UDP, and QUIC.
- Experience debugging complex networked systems and designing modular APIs.
- Strong communication skills in a distributed team environment.
- Passion for learning new networking technologies.
