Description:

  • Design, build, and maintain core optimization technology and full-stack systems for school scheduling.
  • Lead technical projects, operationalize the optimizer product for scale, and provide leadership within the engineering team.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of development experience with a track record of delivering value across the stack.
  • Knowledge in linear optimization, machine learning, generative AI, backend API development, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in fast startup environments and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Remote role preferred candidates in NY or Boston; EdTech experience is a plus.
