• The Platform Team is looking for a Senior Software Developer to help shape the future of industrial operations.
• The role involves collaboration with product managers, control and process engineers, and customers to realize the platform vision.
• The position offers significant ownership and autonomy, allowing for technical guidance and mentorship while contributing to the hybrid cloud platform.
• Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable products and features, tackling projects in simulation, numerical optimization, and real-time system predictive control using a modern Python microservices stack, Redis, gRPC, Kubernetes, and both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Key responsibilities include architecting and implementing innovative software solutions, modeling and implementing hydraulics and control processes, producing design documents and conducting code reviews, developing and testing robust code for production control systems, and contributing to the overall vision and strategy of CruxOCM's technology.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a strong background in software development, particularly with experience in Python and microservices architecture.
• A deep understanding of control systems and hydraulics is essential for modeling and implementing processes.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and familiarity with technologies such as Redis, gRPC, Kubernetes, and both relational and NoSQL databases is required.
• Strong skills in producing clear design documentation and conducting thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and maintainability are necessary.
